Passionately and skillfully improving smiles is what we do!
Brandon Fowler DDS, MS
Your Meridian orthodontist with a modern approach.
Dr. Brandon Fowler is a native of Southern California. He grew up in San Diego and attended The University of Southern California Dental School. He then went on to the prestigious USC graduate orthodontic residency. He practiced orthodontics in his private office in southern California for 7 years before deciding to make the move to Idaho! As soon as he found out about Idaho with all that it has to offer, outdoor activities, friendly residents, and a great place to raise his kids, he could not get here fast enough!
Now practicing in Meridian ID, Dr. Fowler enjoys his work because of all the amazing patients he has met and treated. He enjoys forming friendships while helping his patients achieve a perfect smile. He treats his patients with the utmost respect and highest quality of dental care as if they were a part of his family.
Dr. Fowler strives to provide exceptional quality, efficient, and personalized orthodontic care. Each patient that joins our community has their own unique treatment plan and is treated as the unique individual they are. No two people are the same, so why should you have the same treatment as the next person? He is excited to meet you and looks forward to achieving a smile you’ll be proud to show off.
Away from the office, you can find Dr. Fowler hanging out with his family. His wife, Melissa, is a local optometrist and they enjoy spending family time with their daughter and son. He is an avid sports fan and he enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, surfing, and golfing.

Born and raised in Idaho, Jenny enjoys working with people and has over 22 years experience in the field of orthodontics. She graduated from the Boise State University Dental Assisting Program. The best part of her job is watching smiles, young and old, transform through the use of exceptional orthodontics.
In her spare time, Jenny is a big fan of BSU (Go Big Blue!) and enjoys camping and kayaking with her family.
Born in Okinawa, Japan, Akemi was adopted by her stepdad who was in the Marine Corps. She became an American citizen in the 8th grade. Akemi went to the American Institute of Health Technology and Mira Costa Jr. College.
She has been an orthodontic assistant for over 13 years and loves seeing before and after results for each patient. It was her old boss who motivated her to pursue a better career, and since that day she hasn’t looked back.
Outside the office, Akemi spends time with her family. She has been married for 28 years and has one daughter in college. They all like to go fishing, camping, and exploring. She is passionate about soccer and has an awesome church family.
Some fun facts about Akemi: Her Uncle Bruce is her hero, her favorite ice-cream flavor is bubble-gum (reminds her of carefree days at the beach), and she always strives to find the good in people.
Growing up in a military family, Crystal was able to travel and see various parts of the United States. She settled down in Idaho, graduated in Idaho, and has become a mom to five amazing children.
Crystal is passionate about dentistry and helping people achieve their goals. In her late teens she gravitated towards the dental industry and by twenty was pursuing a career in dental assisting. Dental assisting always fascinated her because she enjoys getting to know the people she cares for. Crystal says, “It doesn’t feel like work when I’m doing what I love.”
Outside of the office, you will constantly find Crystal outdoors whether it’s camping, hiking, fishing, gardening, swimming, or watching her kids partake in their extracurricular actives. For Crystal, traveling and trying new things with her family is her world.
Ramie was raised in Melba and that is where she and her husband Jon raise their two kids. She has always been fascinated with teeth and has worked in the orthodontic field for 19 years.
Ramie loves seeing how our patients grow and change over the treatment duration. She says, “It is so exciting to see their faces when the braces come off.”
Ramie’s best piece of advice: “Always give a 100% in everything you do. Always be kind and do for others.”
Out of the office, Ramie enjoys camping and riding ATVs and horses with her family. Her kids are very active in sports and 4-H. She also enjoys working on her parent’s farm and going to their ranch to ride and hunt.
‘‘Dr. Fowler is an excellent orthodontist and very honest and caring. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a family member in need of orthodontic treatment.’’
